Chemplast Pvc Resin independently researched and developed by Henan Lihao Chem Plant Co., Ltd. has obtained national invention patents. High-impact PVC composite resin is a new type of composite material, which combines impact resistance, wear resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, flame retardance and other excellent properties. It is mainly developed for the poor impact resistance of domestic general PVC resin. For a long time, domestic PVC products have been mainly used for blending methods for toughening, and there are limitations such as less variety and poor quality. At the same time, the impact resistance and rigidity of PVC sg5  can not be taken into account at the same time, and there is a strong dependence on the blending processing conditions. Some domestic large-scale PVC production enterprises have begun to increase R&D investment in the field of special and special PVC resins, and initiated high-impact high-impact PVC composite resin products, but they have not been successful.

At present, Shenghua Chemical's annual production capacity of 10,000 tons of high-impact Polyvinyl Chloride Resin industrial production line has been put into production, Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate ,and the polymerization reactor production equipment has reached 30 cubic meters. By the end of 2012, the company will also build an industrialized production line of high-impact PVC composite resin with an annual output of 50,000 tons, and the polymerization reactor will be expanded to 70 cubic meters.


According to Ren Yuming, deputy general manager of the company, high-impact PVC composite resin was independently developed by Shenghua Chemical and Hebei University of Technology. They used polyacrylate latex as the base and grafted vinyl chloride monomer to form a copolymer with polyacrylate as the main chain and PVC as the branch chain. Titanium Dioxide,The laboratory tests, 1.5 cubic meters of polymerizer production plant pilot test, 13.5 Cubic polymerization reactor industrial trial production, the performance indicators have reached the technical standards.
